Our rooms are very comfortable, each with a big window, one has a view of our lovely garden and some have a private bathroom. Breakfast is served every morning, so you can start the day with a strong Italian coffee, local milk, hot tea, home-made cake or biscuits, toast and daily oven baked bread to be spread with home-made butter and jams, seasonal fresh fruit. Our guests can enjoy our immense grounds, relaxing in the shade on a hammock, sunbathing or taking long walks on the farm to admire the horses, wild boars, guinea-fowls, peacocks, rabbits etc... We are close to Stintino and the Island of Asinara, the famous Natural park, which opened to tourists only 4 years ago, where it is possible to immerse oneself in an uncontaminated natural wilderness with wild boars, foxes, hares, partridges and the unique Sardinian White donkeys roaming free. There are many tourist destinations to be visited nearby, such as Capo Caccia Park, the Neptune Grotto and the numerous archaeological sites. Alghero is very well known and appreciated for its wines from the wine cellars of Sella & Mosca and Santa Maria la Palma. Our firm also offers the possibility of a restaurant service, you may enjoy local traditional home made dishes and typical Sardinian cuisine, only on bookings, and for those who love pizza, it is possible to book for the famous AgriPizza Menu!! The "Agave" farmstead possesses 18 hectares of grounds where vegetables, fruit trees and olive-groves are cultivated and pigs, chicken, geese, guinea-fowl, rabbits and goats are bred. We are situated on The Coral Coast: 10km from Alghero, the folkloristic town known for its Catalan origins, only 4,5 Km from Alghero airport and 3 Km from the nearest beach. We rent bicycles and for the non athletic clients it is advisable to rent a car or a motorbike directly from the airport. DIRECTIONS to reach the Agriturismo "AGAVE" farmstead from the Alghero airport: Once you have left the airport on the SP44 turn right, drive for less than one km and on your right you will find a sign indicating SS291, Turn towards the SS291, follow the short windy road till you reach a crossing on the SS291, turn right, drive for 2km and you will find a sign post: Left Reg. Gutierrez and to the right Military Airport, - You must turn left for the Reg. Gutierrerz, you will find a well sign posted sign for the Agriturismo Agave.
